On Saturday 23rd of May I fought on the Nemesis Fight for the WKN Intercontinental Lightweight Title against one of Western Australia's toughest fighters, Mitch Seth.
The fight went the whole 5 rounds and I took the win via unanimous points decision. It was a good fight which I trained extremely hard for it and it definitely paid off. I felt fitter and stronger than ever before

Last week I competed in the Piazza D'Oro National Barista Competition. I was very luck to make it as one of the finalists in Australia, however I was unable to take home the title. Overall it was an awesome experience being the first time I compete as a professional Barista. I was also featured in the Leader Newspaper for the competition. You can check out the link: http://bit.ly/1A5mRec
I also want to take some time out to thank Barista Supplies, they are one of my big sponsors for 2014 and have been a great support all year. They were a huge support in the National Barista Competition.
If you own a café or have a coffee machine at home and ever need any barista supplies make sure you check them out at www.baristasupplies.com.au.

I was a fighter who had no idea about nutrition and how to cut weight correctly. Fight after fight I used to starve myself and try to train with little to no energy just to make weight, but it wasn't until about 2 years ago when I was on my yearly training trip in Thailand I met a bloke named James from JB Fitness Systems at the Lamai WMC Camp in Koh Samui.
James showed me how and what to eat and guided me step by step through each stages of my weight cuts and was there up until the last few minutes of my fight. Ever since then, my performance has dramatically improved and I am actually eating a decent sized meal on the day of my weigh-in. If it wasn't for James, I would still be suffering before every fight.
If you are a Muay Thai fighter, Kickboxer, Boxer and your performance is lacking when you train and fight, or if you are just into your fitness and just go to the gym for a workout and need guidance with your diet, speak to James from JB Fitness Systems. He can help you like he helped me with the Lean Performance Diet.
